Apollo
The Apollo provides daily service between St. Barbe, Newfoundland and Blanc Sablon in Quebec from mid April until mid January.
The vessel can accommodate 240 passenger and 75 vehicles.
Crossing time is approx. 1 hour 30 minutes.
History
The vessel was built in the early 1970s by Meyer Werft of Papenburg, West Germany for the Scandinavian Viking Line consortium.

Apollo was sold to Ole Lauritzen in 1976 for use on his Sheerness- Vlissingen service of Olau Line. Olau Line was sold to TT-Line in 1978,but Olau Kent (Apollo) remained in Lauritzen ownership, and was chartered to Olau Line.
